Refined over 20 years, this reliable workhorse is a perfect example of simplicity at its best. It features a 3/8-inch steel frame and a full 1/2-inch steel top deck. Anti-jam roller guides and heavy-duty double roller bearings on the take-up drum provide improved performance. The conveyor is available with D88K, X458 self locking chain, or Sonny’s exclusive SC78 chain with hardened pins and standard take-up idler sprocket.

SFM 901 Front-to-Back Mitter: Clean top surfaces of a vehicle, remove "eyebrow" caused by windshield wipers, and wash hard-to-reach grooves on the trunk and hood.

Sonny’s Front-to-Back Mitter features a half-moon basket design that increases cloth movement for better cleaning. When equipped with new MicroClean cloth, this unit will eliminate windshield "eyebrow" and thoroughly clean all top grooves.

Top Motor Side Washers

A side washer that occupies a small tunnel space, requires minimal maintenance, and, of course, cleans every side surface, from the most intricate air intake vents on a sports car to the most dramatic body moldings on the tallest SUV.

Sonny’s Top Motor Side Washer features a multi-tiered hub design that changes cloth penetration, aggressiveness, and movement at different positions on the vehicle. It permits a single washer to remove heavy rocker panel dirt while delivering deep, gentle cleaning around windows and moldings for maximum results in minimum tunnel space.

Bottom Motor Side Washers

A side washer that occupies an extremely small tunnel space and can be installed beneath a mitter or top brush for a near zero footprint.

Sonny’s Bottom Motor Side Washers can be free standing and operate independently, or mounted to a SONNY'S Foundation Frame™. Motor placement does not inhibit cloth movement, permitting installation directly under a mitter or top brush for increased wash performance without taking up additional tunnel space.

Wrap Around Washers

Reduce labor expense involved with folding in side mirrors, prepping the front and back of the vehicle, and taping rear wiper blades to achieve safe all-around cleaning.

Sonny’s Light Touch Wrap-Around washer features a restricted universal joint and dampening shock system that deliver controlled action and safe navigation around mirrors, antennas, and rear wiper blades. The narrow 6-inch hub reduces hub weight for gentler cleaning. Available with an extended "Jog" frame that provides better rear cleaning and "Double Jog" arms that completely clean with no manual prepping at conveyor speeds approaching 200 cars per hour.

OMNI I Arches

When used with a foaming chemical tire applicator, increased contact time from the four spinning Zero Degree Plus nozzles and one turbo nozzle deliver the necessary impact to loosen even the most difficult brake dust and other road grime for wheels that sparkle. It features a simple mechanical design that requires little maintenance and automatically adjusts to any conveyor speed. Clean wheels online without prepping.

Sonny’s pivoting SPINNER with five nozzles blasts the front bumper of the vehicle, pivots to follow the front wheel, returns to its starting position to blast the rocker panel, and then pivots again to follow the rear wheel. The unit remains in this position to blast the rear of the vehicle, and then adjusts back to its starting position to ready itself for the next vehicle.

Showerhead Foamers

SONNY'S SHOWERHEAD foam attachments can be used as attractive soap applicators, or as extra-service single-, double, or triple-color wax applicators. Each manifold applies an even layer of foamed solution via 27 precision-drilled ports for complete coverage. The included bracket easily mounts to an existing arch, mitter, or top brush, requiring no additional tunnel length. Fully adjustable ball sockets on the manifold head make this an easy retrofit to any existing tunnel or rollover car wash.

Sonny’s HALO Arch features a circular design that points all nozzles to the center of the vehicle for even, total coverage. For rinsing or applying detergents and sealers, when used in conjunction with the optional booster pump and fresh water, the HALO completely removes all detergent at conveyor speeds approaching 200 cars per hour. It comses pre-plumbed with durable, attractive PVC piping — all held in place by non-corrosive clamps. The HALO Rinse Arch's manifold features PVDF nozzles for complete vehicle coverage.

Rain Finishing System/Rinse Arches

An affordable way to improve vehicle rinsing, waxing, and drying.

Sonny’s Rain Arch eliminates fan nozzle mist in the drying area. It completely rinses the hood, trunk, grooves, and sides. Its gravity-fed impact promotes beading and water break, which improves the drying process. The system includes a rain manifold that can be connected from either end for easier installation. Rain manifolds are available in a variety of flow rates and hole patterns specific to rinsing, waxing, spot-free, or drying agent applications. Each manifold can be attached to an existing arch, or to the ceiling with an optional mounting kit. Standalone arches are available in aluminum or stainless steel.

Simoniz Tire Shiner

Increase customer satisfaction and revenue while reducing labor and chemical costs with SONNY'S SIMONIZ® Tire Shine Machine. Developed in conjunction with SIMONIZ USA, the Tire Shine Machine lets you dress tires online, allowing you to completely automate and improve the quality of the most requested and profitable extra service in the industry. The system includes the Tire Shiner, control panel, a set of replaceable pads, and PVDF non-corrosive nozzles with diaphragm check valves.

Touch Free Air Dryers

Sonny’s air dryers dry a vehicle more completely. The unique unibody plastic blower housing has no seams or plastic welds that are prone to cracking. Scrolled housing design does not restrict airflow, maximizing dryer performance, and steel impellers with backward-curved blades are welded on both sides for durability. The system is composed of a 4- by 4-inch modular frame that can be outfitted with any combination of 10- and 15-horsepower blowers to maximize performance per utility dollar.

Elephant Ear Dryers

Sonny’s Elephant ears are the ideal primary side drying solution for short tunnels as well as a perfect finishing dryer for high volume locations. The motors are mounted off the ground to reduce corrosion and avoid recirculation of mist in the wash. Elephant ears feature a scrolled housing and impeller design that produce a powerful 190 mph velocity at the discharge of each 15 HP blower for more effective drying.

Untouchables 325 / IP330

The all new IP330 independently defines touch-free drying performance as the newest generation of our most popular dryer the U325. The IP330’s integrated processor gives it the intelligence to recognize pick-ups, perform open bed functions, turn the system on/off, and open/close the Proto-Vest Airgate between cars. This unit allows operators the freedom of automotive drying without any adjustments or car wash controller functions. The magnum blower assembly is manufactured from steel that is powder coated while the plenum is made from aircraft aluminum. All the bags are produced from durable Proto-Duck material designed to direct air around the vehicle as it passes under the equipment arch. The Windshear TopShot like all dryers in the Windshear series is designed as a stand alone drying system. The bag is produced from durable Proto-Duck material designed to direct air to the side of the vehicle as it passes by the equipment. TailWind

The TailWind is the newest addition to the Windshear family, constructed as a stand alone modular drying system that is ideal for conveyor operations. This patented dryer utilizes one 25hp blower, plenum and a 40" Proto-Duck overhead bag. The air deployment device is angled 10 degrees to the rear of the vehicle to effectively dry the backend of all automobiles including Vans and SUVs! The TailWind also assists in drying the roof, hood, front and rear windows of the vehicle as it passes under the drying equipment.
